SHIPPING:

Zer02 Shop makes shippings by Certificated Post Mail Services.

Even it may change, the usual delivery periods are the following:

- Spain: 3 working days.
- Europe: from 2 to 4 working days.
- Other destinations: depends to the country.

The shipping rates are not included in the prices of the products and depends on the order weight and on the shipping zone.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

We will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Postage and packing costs of the exchanges due to the size election mistake, will run at the expense of the customer.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
